**Any other use of antigen test such as travel, return to work must be verified by the patient. We do not guarantee any other use other than screening purposes and no refunds will be given.

 

TESTING SITE NOW CLOSED

  1. Do I need to pay?
    • COVID tests are FREE. We will bill insurance when applicable. US Citizens without insurance are covered under the Cares Act.
  2. What should I bring?
    • You will need your Social Security Number, ID and insurance card. If you are testing a child, a parent or legal guardian will need to register with their SSN and ID
  3. How long does it take to get tested?
    • The average wait time to be tested is 15-30* mins. (*Times may vary)
  4. How long does it take to get results?
    • The lab processes tests Mon-Sat. Depending on the day you are tested, you can expect results within 48 – 72 hours (*Times may vary depending volume being processed in the lab) 
  5. How will I receive my results?
    • You will receive a copy of your results to the email address you provided. You may also log into https://virtare.covidtestfor.me to get your results. For the Antigen test, you will also be given an original copy of the test results on site. Please check your SPAM folder for the test results. The email will come from info@pom.health
  6. What should I do if I have not received my results within 72 hours?
    • There is a 48 to 72 hour turnaround from the time of collection. Please check your SPAM folder for an email from info@pom.health.  If you do not have your results within that time log into https://virtare.covidtestfor.me for your results. If your results are not available on the website, please contact the processing lab at 1-800-549-8001 for a status update. (Direct Contact Missy 304-671-7060)
  7. Is there an age limit?
    • No. Children may be tested with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are testing a child, a parent or legal guardian will need to register with their SSN and ID.
  8. Will the testing be done by a healthcare worker?
    • Both tests (PCR and Antigen) are self administered in the nose white you are in your vehicle.
  9. Are there different types of COVID tests available?
    • We offer both the antigen test and PCR test. The PCR test detects viral DNA. There are a limited amount of antigen tests available for Riverside University hospital staff and visitors.
  10. What hours can I get tested?
    • The testing site is open Mon-Sun 10 am – 6:30 pm.
